Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Change Management Manager will be responsible of contributing to a large global SAP S/4HANA deployment program by ensuring sound change management with employees.
MORE PRECISELY
- Lead the entire change management process related to this project
- Assess upcoming changes and impacts
- Support change managers in each division of the company and manage expectations
- Design uniform templates, guides, and messages to send to employees
- Guide communications and training activities, based on change management
- Supervise 3 employees (Change Management Advisors and Communications Specialist)
PROFILE
- 7+ years of experience in IT Change Management, including 3+ as a Manager
- 4+ years of experience in ERP implementation (ideally SAP)
- Professional experience in team management
- Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and versatility
- Certification in Change Management (CCMP, PROSCI)
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- English required
