Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Change Management Advisor will be responsible of supporting managers and employees of the company amid the technological revolution to ensure the great change management.

MORE PRECISELY

• Evaluate upcoming changes and impacts
• Support change managers in each division of the company
• Design templates, guides, and uniform messages to send to employees
• Guide communications and training activities based on change management

PROFILE

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Change Management Advisor
• Strong communication skills, spirit of collaboration and versatility
• Certification in Change Management (asset)
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
