IT Change Management Advisor

The IT Change Management Advisor will be responsible of contributing to a large global SAP deployment program by ensuring sound change management with employees.

MORE PRECISELY

Assess upcoming changes and impacts;

Support change managers in each division of the company;

Design uniform templates, guides and messages to send to employees;

Guide communications and training activities, based on change management.

PROFILE

5+ years of experience in IT Change Management;

Professional experience in ERP implementation and global project;

Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit and versatility;

Certification in Change Management (CCMP, PROSCI);

BAC in computer science or the equivalent;

English required.
