IT Business Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and translating business needs into functional solutions. He or she will play a strategic role in process improvement, stakeholder communication, and decision-making support.

• Work with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into functional specifications for the IT team.
• Develop reports and presentations to clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Design wireframes illustrating user interfaces and functional paths.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Recommend business process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in an IT environment and large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of process modeling, data analysis, and results presentation.
• Good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Excel, SQL, and Tableau tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or equivalent.
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
