Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for meeting technological needs across the various departments of the company with more than 150 employees.
MORE PRECISELY
- Be the first internal IT Business Analyst, in an environment mainly on Microsoft 365
- Understand employee needs, document requirements, and suggest technical solutions
- Contribute to client’s portal (CRM), business processes (workflow) and compliance projects
- Work at the heart of an IT team of around 10 people and work in close collaboration with the IT Project Manager and the IT Director
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Professional experience documenting workflows to identify improvements
- Good relational skills, listening, autonomy, ease in challenging needs
- Mastery of the Microsoft 365 environment
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
