Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for contributing to the company’s technological shift by looking for software optimization opportunities and analyzing business needs.
MORE PRECISELY
- Evaluate internal requests and propose solutions with added value
- Develop concrete strategies and write functional specifications
- Measure impacts and ensure sound change management
- Keep technical documentation up to date
- Work in a team of about 10 people
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Analyst
- Experience in analyzing business needs and writing functional specifications
- Good knowledge of software development
- Experience with a Sales module of an ERP system, ideally SAP SD (Sales Distribution)
- Knowledge of SAP (strong asset)
- Experience in the field of distribution and/or supply chain (asset)
- Tact, autonomy, and communication skills
- BAC in computer science or the equivalent
- Bilingualism is required (French and English)
