IT Assistant Director

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Assistant Director will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of approximately 20 dedicated people (IT Analysts, System Administrators, IT Technicians) by implementing best practices to increase operational efficiency.

MORE PRECISELY

• Provide vision, expertise, and leadership
• Introduce innovative strategies and technological solutions
• Work closely with the IT Director and actively participate in IT projects
• Contribute to migrations to AWS S3 and to Microsoft 365
• Ensure data privacy and cybersecurity
• Reduce the application base and maximize the use of certain applications
• Work in an environment on Windows, VMware, Cisco, Microsoft, SAP, C2 ATOM

PROFILE

• 10+ years of IT experience
• Professional experience in team management and IT project management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP environment
• Excellent leadership and team motivation skills
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
