The BI Specialist will be responsible for participating in the analysis, in the development and in the implementation of applications for optimizing the performance and quality of the company’s customer service
Analyze and collect the evolution needs of the portal, applications and databases as well as recommend solutions;
Collaborate in the quality assurance process and the success of using solutions through unit and integrated tests;
Be the technical point of contact for the suppliers and work in collaboration with them to define, develop and document the databases and related applications (architecture, diagrams, standards, procedures, definitions);
Analyze and collect user needs as well as recommend solutions;
Manage, configure and ensure the evolution of the data cubes for BI purposes.
