The Integration Specialist will be responsible for providing software technical support to the company’s customers as well as the sale team
Manage and carry out all the steps of the implementation project;
Perform the thorough analysis of the customers’ needs;
Implement solutions from A to Z (presales demos, needs analysis, conception, installation, configuration and support);
Provide technical assistance to the various company’s customers;
Identify the various technical problems, find solutions and then implement them at the customer’s premises;
Document the interventions;
Represent the company to customers and offer impeccable service.
