Infrastructure Program Manager (12+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Program Manager for a 12-month contract, with the possibility of renewal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to a major technological shift within the company, including cloud, contact center, network, and operations.
• Ensure the success of various deliverables and provide a strategic global vision for major projects.
• Offer a comprehensive view of all programs and ensure strong visibility across different management levels.
• Work closely with program managers and technology leaders across different workflows.

PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience in program management.
• Professional experience in major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in project management.
• Highly autonomous and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Bilingual (French and English required).
