Tasks/Responsibilities
The HR Change Management Advisor will be responsible for ensuring the success of IT projects concerning the Human Resources department of the company which recently migrated to SAP S/4HANA.

- Provide a clear vision and take concrete actions following the digital shift trend
- Contribute to the internal development of optimal change management practice
- Define the right strategies to promote commitment and mobilization around new things
- Have a holistic approach and advise managers in times of change
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management
- Professional experience in HR changes
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (strong asset)
- Excellent communication skills
- Personality focused on concrete actions (less on procedures)
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
