Hardware Team Lead

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Hardware Team Lead will be responsible for managing the team of designers specializing in the design of high-performance electronic hardware.

MORE PRECISELY

Establish the functional specifications, then guide the implementation;

Ensure the optimal design of electronic circuits, 3D image sensors and interface circuits;

Participate in the management of the schedule and the resources allocated to each project;

Contribute to the design and verification of boards as well as circuits;

Provide technical support to specialists in the introduction of new products;

Participate in the selection of personnel during hiring, their supervision, performance evaluations and other responsibilities related to resource management.

PROFILE

1+ year of experience as a Team Lead;

5+ years of experience in electronic hardware design;

Experience with CAD tools (computer-aided design);

Solid technical expertise, good knowledge of FGPA integrated circuits and power circuits;

Mastery of high-speed communication protocols (Ethernet, PCI Express, USB, etc.);

Good knowledge of 2D/3D and CAD software;

Leadership, good management of priorities and interpersonal skills;

BAC or Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent;

Bilingualism required (French and English).
