Electrical Engineer (FPGA)

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Electrical engineer will be responsible for developing, validating and testing subassemblies, electrical and electronic architectures

MORE PRECISELY

• Support the production team and suggest improvements to existing concepts.
• Design of electronic cards and system architectures.
• FPGA, CPLD and interconnection development using digital interfaces (Ethernet, USB, etc.
• Diagnosis and resolution of electronic design anomalies

PROFILE

• 8+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer
• Experience in FPGA and CPLD
• Strong knowledge of ARM processors, C/C++ language, and communication protocols (USB, Ethernet, etc.).
• Good knowledge of environmental testing (EMI, temperature, etc.) and low power power supply
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (Asset)
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
