Financial Software Support Analyst (9+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Financial Software Support Analyst for a 9-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Monitor the performance of a financial software
• Establish optimal risk management controls and processes
• Proactively analyze transaction breakdowns and resolve issues

PROFILE

• 1+ year of experience in Software Support
• Professional experience with applications in the field of Finance
• Knowledge of equity derivative products (TRS, ETFs, Equity Swaps, etc.)
• Rigor, good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• English required
