The ERP Support Analyst will be responsible of supporting the company’s ERP system and training employees on the software.
Respond to support and change requests on Epicor ERP;
Contribute to projects and implementations in the various departments of the company;
Document incidents and recurring problems, then identify solutions;
Coach employees on the various features of the software;
Work in an IT team of around 10 people.
2+ years of experience as an ERP Support Analyst;
Experience with an ERP system (Epicor – strong asset);
Communication skills and strong in customer service;
Autonomy, rigor and attention to detail;
BAC in computer science or equivalent;
French required, English an asset.
