Tasks/Responsibilities
The ERP Functional Analyst will be responsible for migrating the various subsidiaries of the company to Microsoft Dynamics 365, mainly from NAV to F&O (Finance and Operations).
MORE PRECISELY
- Analyze requirements and write functional specifications
- Map process flow and establish technical documentation
- Set up new modules (configuration of features and SQL queries)
- Train super users in collaboration with the PMO
- Track projects with Azure DevOps
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Analyst
- Professional experience in ERP system analysis and ideally with a migration
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, and ideally the F&O modules (Finance and Operations)
- Experience in the retail and/or distribution sector (strong asset)
- Good communication skills and spirit of collaboration
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
