ERP Business Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for providing expertise in projects to improve the company’s various systems.

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze business and functional processes to optimize them and promote continuous improvement across various ERP systems
• Interact with all stakeholders to understand the reality of each business and be able to translate these elements into concrete solutions for development teams
• Provide ongoing user training on the various systems
• Manage support and troubleshoot issues across the various solutions
• Be the main point of contact for various projects with external suppliers
• Contribute to the documentation of functional specifications

PROFILE

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems, preferably in an AS400 environment (Asset)
• Interest in continuous improvement and problem solving
• Ability to work in a project-based environment, implementing and managing ERP systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and proactive abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, English required)
