The Analyst will be responsible for supporting clients in the implementation of their Microsoft Dynamics CRM management software.
Analyze customer needs and write technical specifications;
Participate in the configurations and implementation of the personalized solution;
Ensure the sound management of projects as well as customer follow-ups;
Work closely with project managers and developers.
3+ years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Analyst;
Experience in all stages of implementation;
Autonomy, good customer approach and decision-making skills;
Be open to travel (about 30%, mainly in Montreal);
DEC in computer science or the equivalent;
Bilingual (French and English).
