Tasks/Responsibilities

The Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Analyst will be responsible for contributing to the implementation of Microsoft D365 in the company’s various subsidiaries, mainly for the aspect of customer engagement through CRM.

 

MORE PRECISELY

 

  • Analyze business processes in order to perform optimization and redesign, and document everything
  • Participate in the design of a portal on Microsoft Power Pages with personalized functionalities
  • Contribute to the creation of new forms in Microsoft Dynamics (fields, flows, plugins, etc.)
  • Administer operations, carry out configurations as well as unit tests
  • Promote the healthy integration of customer modules (Customer Engagement and Field Services) with the ERP system and other Azure components

 

 

PROFILE

 

  • 3+ years of professional experience as an IT Analyst
  • Experience with Customer Engagement features, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, Business Central, AX, and/or 365)
  • Experience in implementing a CRM and/or ERP system
  • Good interpersonal skills and versatility
  • Experience in the retail and/or distribution sector (strong asset)
  • BAC in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
