IT Project Director

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Project Director will be responsible for managing the evolution of software development projects (approximately 80% of the time) and monitoring IT infrastructure projects (approximately 20%), for a budget envelope of nearly $3M.

MORE PRECISELY

Lead external development firms;

Manage an internal team of 1 to 5 IT technicians, and report to the CTO;

Support the company in acquisition and growth projects;

Supervise the evolution projects of a real-time platform, an in-house ERP, mobile applications, artificial intelligence, implementation of a new CRM and a new ATS, and more;

Ensure that deadlines and expectations are met, track budgets, and manage performance indicators;

Work in an environment on Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, Apache, SAP, C#, Java, and PHP.

PROFILE

5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager;

Professional experience in software project management;

Relational skills, positivism, leadership, adaptability, and strong initiative;

Experience in managing a small team (strong asset);

Experience in managing external firms;

Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 and Windows environment;

BAC in computer science or the equivalent;

English required.
