The Digital Solutions Analyst will be responsible OF bringing his expertise in digital solutions to propel the company’s technological shift.
Analyze customer needs, test, implement and maintain the company’s IT solutions;
Guide the choice of digital solutions;
Coach developers and train employees on new solutions;
Work in a Marketing team of 3 people and report directly to the VP IT.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
Professional experience with a CRM;
Good knowledge of D365 (asset);
Experience in team management;
Ability to communicate and positively influence colleagues;
BAC in computer science or the equivalent;
