The Development Manager will be responsible for delivering all the company’s software development projects. He will manage the budget, deadlines as well as the quality of the developed product.
Define and communicate vision, roadmaps, project plans and commitments;
Manage the overall lifecycle of third-party software development by engaging in SDLC monitoring (ideation, planning, design, UX, quality, deployment, security, operationalization, etc.) on a daily basis;
Work closely with external developers to design and develop the best design and technology approach;
Measure the performance of teams and individuals and take the necessary measures;
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the development practice, tools and processes to increase team autonomy and effectiveness, and ensure that IT can meet its objectives;
Establish a culture of continuous improvement and a culture of technical excellence through mentoring, feedback and metrics;
Implementation of metrics to monitor compliance of scope, delivery dates and project budgets;
Report the state of development, quality, operations and system performance to management and act quickly and decisively to resolve issues;
Be responsible for development partners, evaluation of consultants, definition of mandates, participation in certain architectural sessions, follow-up of works, etc.;
Mobilize and organize teams in critical situations, give status to senior management.
