The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing quality support to employees of a recognized company to resolve Levels 1 and 2 issues.
Provide remote and in-person support to employees;
Install workstations (computers, phones, printers, etc.);
Responsible for computer configuration, backups, etc.;
Install, update, and provide support for applications, such as the Office Suite;
Respond to user requests for access rights allocation;
Monitor equipment repairs with partners;
Work closely with other technicians of the department;
Stay informed on recurring problems and solutions.
