Tasks/Responsibilities
The CRM Project Manager will be responsible for managing the centralization projects of the 15 offices across Quebec on the same IT structure on the software side.
MORE PRECISELY
- Review current systems mainly on CRM Pivotal and ERP Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Consider migrating from CRM to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
- Ensure the optimal management of the various IT projects, from taking needs to delivery and support
- Monitor the progress of projects, manage deadlines, and anticipate risks
- Work in close collaboration with the Project Coordinator and the IT Director
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Expertise in managing customer relationship management (CRM) solution projects
- Professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce (strong asset)
- Mastery of the Windows environment
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- French required (English strong asset)
