CRM Business Analyst (3+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a CRM Business Analyst for a 3-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Contribute to the migration of the organization’s CRM to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Implement the new Customer Relationship Management version of Siebel Cloud Manager (SCM)
• Customize and configure the system according to business needs
• Carry out the linking of single sign-on

PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Professional experience with a CRM
• Knowledge of Siebel Cloud Manager (SCM), strong asset
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Knowledge of single sign-on (SSO)
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• French required
