The CRM Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs with the SME regarding the company’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
Conduct needs-gathering workshops;
Write specifications and analysis documents;
Configure the Dynamics CRM platform;
Perform the tests and ensure the performance of the system;
Work in a multidisciplinary team.
5+ years of experience as a CRM Analyst or Dynamics CRM Developer;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (strong asset);
Interpersonal skills and attention to detail;
BAC in business administration, computer science or equivalent;
Bilingual (French and English).
