The VoIP Technician will be responsible of specialized technical support on CISCO’s Unified Communications (UC) solutions.
Manage technical problems and perform complex configurations;
Provide support to customers via email and phone;
Participate in various system evolution and optimization projects;
Write technical documentation and keep it up to date;
Participate in the training of new technicians or analysts.
2+ years of experience as a VoIP Technician;
Very good knowledge of CISCO Unified Communications solutions;
Experience with UC unified communications products such as: Call Manager, Unity, Expressway, UCCX, Presence IM&P;
Good communication and work organization skills;
Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks;
Possibility of working 100% remote;
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
