Cisco Specialist

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Cisco Specialist will be responsible of implementing new products at various customers, while ensuring the security of their IT network.

MORE PRECISELY

Carry out client meetings and make proposals;

Build the architecture and design according to the client’s needs, then establish project plans and schedules;

Manage implementation and deployment projects at the client’s site;

Act as an expert and liaison with Cisco;

Ensure the monitoring and optimization of customer cybersecurity.

PROFILE

10+ years of experience as a Cisco Specialist;

Experience in implementation projects and/or in a managed services company;

Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service;

Experience with Enterprise Agreement projects with Cisco;

Cisco CCNP Security+ certification (strong asset);

Experience with major security projects of +100 000$;

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;

Bilingualism required (French and English).
