The Change Management Advisor (HR Systems) will be responsible of managing change related to the implementation of new modules and new features on the company’s Workday platform.
Establish the best change management practices adapted to organizational needs;
Create workshops and communication activities to support employees in change;
Ensure the human aspect related to various changes and digital transformation initiatives;
Ensure detailed monitoring of business plans and produce various progress reports.
3+ years of experience as a Change Management Advisor;
Knowledge of HR principles, practices and processes;
Experience in an HR systems implementation context;
Good knowledge of Workday (strong asset);
Strong communication skills and a spirit of collaboration;
BAC in human resources, computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English), Spanish being a strong asset.
