Change Management Advisor (12+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Change Management Advisor for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Participate in a major SAP S4 transformation as an advisor
• Support business lines and people in evolution and change
• Analyze and support change management and communication needs related to the transformation
• Anticipate the impact and risk of modifications and new processes on business units
• Work in project mode as part of a change management, communication and training team

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in a Change Management position on a major transformation
• Professional experience in an Agile environment
• Knowledge of SAP environment (asset)
• Strong communication skills
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
