Tasks/Responsibilities
The C# Development Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of three developers to optimize the fullstack development of high-performance internal applications (office and manufacturing), being in approximately 75% project and 25% maintenance mode.
MORE PRECISELY
- Bring the best development practices within the team in Agile mode
- Contribute to the migration of the UI of certain applications currently in AngularJS to React
- Participate in automation projects with Microsoft Power App
- Code the applications in a scalable way, add new functionalities and carry out the tests
- Investigate complex problems and develop new solutions
- Work in an environment on C#, React, ERP SAGE X3, AWS
PROFILE
- 7+ years of experience as a Developer, including 4+ years in team management
- Specialized professional experience in C# and good knowledge of React
- Good knowledge of development best practices in Agile mode
- Mastery of Microsoft Power App (strong asset)
- Hybrid experience in industrial development and web development
- Strong relational and technical popularization skills
- Experience with an ERP system (SAGE X3 being a strong asset)
- DEC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
