Tasks/Responsibilities

The Business Process Lead will be responsible for driving internal transformation to improve organizational performance and maximize operational efficiency on the financial side.

 

MORE SPECIFICALLY

 

  • Analyze end-to-end business and financial processes to optimize them and promote continuous improvement.
  • Document procedures for various business units and map out processes.
  • Provide recommendations, propose various tools, and ensure effective change management.
  • Act as the primary internal point of contact for the digital transformation project.
  • Lead workshops with different working groups.

 

 

PROFILE

 

  • 15+ years of experience in process improvement and/or financial processes.
  • Expertise in business process management within the financial sector.
  • Strong leadership, commitment, and sensitivity to effective change management.
  • Experience in multi-site environments and with various business units.
  • CFA, CPA, Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), and/or PMP certification (strong asset).
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing sector (asset).
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent, Master’s in Management is a strong asset.
  • Bilingual (French required, English required).
