The Application Support Technician will be responsible of supporting more than 450 employees in the apps use in the company.
MORE PRECISELY
Accompany users in technical support on software;
Identify and effectively solve application problems;
Collaborate with an international technical team and report anomalies;
Participate in improving work methods and optimizing processes;
Ensure the proper performance and optimal use of software;
Work in a MAC, iOS, PHP environment.
PROFILE
2+ years of experience as an Application Support Technician;
Professional experience with Jira;
Knowledge of iOS and MAC devices;
Strong communication and customer service skills;
Knowledge of PHP language (strong assets);
DEC in computer support or equivalent;
Bilingualism (French required, functional English).
