The Technician will be responsible of supporting the company’s main transactional application for Level 1 requests.
Ensure deployments to customers and contribute to their training;
Perform diagnostics and solve technical problems;
Document the solutions and interventions carried out;
Write SQL queries and various reports.
2+ years of experience as an Application Support Technician;
Professional experience in transactional application and / or in the field of events;
Good knowledge of SQL queries and reports;
Be open of providing 24/7 support every four weeks (with compensation);
DEC in computer science or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
