Tasks/Responsibilities

The Technician will be responsible for supporting the company’s employees to resolve issues related to applications, IT equipment and Media Asset Management (MAM) system.

 

MORE PRECISELY

 

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 customer support;

Install and configure workstations, software and peripherals;

Provide assistance to the operations of the MAM system;

Support the corporate network administration and perform the updates;

Maintain technical documentation and inventory of IT equipment.

Profile

  • 2+ years of experience as a Support Technician
  • Strong customer service skills and IT support
  • Interest in learning a MAM (Media Asset Management) system
  • Knowledge of networking, IP telephony and Citrix (asset)
  • Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory
  • Interest for multimedia tools
  • DEC in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingual (French and English).
