The Application Support Technician will be responsible for requests assistance from users of the company’s software
Analyze problem-solving requests related to existing applications;
Follow up on problem resolution requests with suppliers until fully resolved;
Define problems causes and carry out the necessary interventions to restore the situation by using the technical knowledge or the appropriate procedure;
Document all the technical and application aspects related to its activities;
Make changes to the menus of some software (Mincron, PKMS) and manage the profiles of users of GDI as well as those of development environments.
