The Analyst will be responsible of providing application support to the 300 employees of a growing Quebec company.
Provide application support to internal users;
Identify and effectively resolve application problems;
Collaborate with an international technical team and report anomalies;
Ensure good performance and optimal use of software.
1+ year of experience as an Application Support Analyst;
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.);
Experience with a CRM or knowledge of BI (strong assets);
Adaptability, versatility, proactivity and autonomy;
DEC in IT support or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
