The Application Support Analyst will be responsible of providing levels 1-2-3 support on ten applications for the company’s clients.
Receive requests, diagnose problems and provide solutions;
Provide remote support, by email or by phone;
Write procedures and keep technical documentation up to date;
Work in a team of 3 employees.
2+ years of experience as an Application Support Analyst;
Specialized experience in IT support on applications;
Be open to providing 24/7 support on rotation (1 weekend out of 3);
Experience in the field of logistics (strong asset);
Team spirit and communication skills;
DEC in IT support or equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
