IT Business Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will be responsible for providing strategic expertise to continue the company’s digital transformation.

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze business and organizational processes in order to optimize them and promote continuous improvement
• Interact with all stakeholders and lead workshops related to the various upcoming projects
• Establish diagnostics at the business, organizational and information technology levels
• Conduct digital transformation studies on application tool change projects (ERP, CRM) and participate in the technological choice of future solutions
• Be the main point of contact for the various projects with external companies
• Contribute to the implementation of delivery strategies in order to accelerate the transformation
• Ensure proper documentation management

PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in digital transformation environments
• Mastery of technological environments (Cloud, ERP, CRM, Data, etc.)
• Knowledge and ability to create and lead projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills, be proactive and act as a mobilizer in the team
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
