Analyst – IT Purchasing

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Analyst will be responsible of managing the company’s IT inventory (hardware and software) and making the necessary purchases for IT services.

MORE PRECISELY

Process the requests and create the purchase orders;

Follow up with managers throughout the process;

Maintain IT equipment as well as licenses and contracts;

Carry out orders and liaise between asset management and suppliers;

Ensure the best performance in terms of cost, quality, performance and delivery;

Participate in the annual IT planning and forecasting budget.

PROFILE

5+ years of experience in IT Procurement and Purchasing;

Experience in IT asset management (services, software, hardware);

Rigor, ability to prioritize, communication skills;

Knowledge of SAP ARIBA software (asset);

BAC in computer science or equivalent;

Bilingualism required (French and English).
