The Account Manager (IT Recruitment) is responsible of IT mandates, the head hunting of candidates as well as the study and implementation of different methods of recruitment to maintain an updated candidate data base. He will be called to intervene with candidates to give them new opportunities in IT and to maintain strong and lasting relationships.
Maintain constant visibility of the recruitment market;
Develop effective and innovative recruitment strategies and initiatives;
Establish and facilitate all procedures;
Ensure a level of quality and integrity meeting the highest standards;
Work closely with recruiters and managers to achieve desired outcomes;
Participate in several special projects;
Maintain the customer relationship (needs assessment, market evaluation, submission of applications, etc.);
Professional coaching (career development);
Provide customer service to candidates and clients;
Act as a trainer for new recruits.
