A new partner at DELAN!

 

As intense as it is, it’s not a pandemic that will prevent us from celebrating important events. Last Thursday, October 15, 2020, we celebrated BIG and in fashionable attire (yes, yes, by videoconference!) the promotion of Stephany Desmarais to the rank of PARTNER at DELAN.

 

In 2016, her arrival with us as an IT Recruiter helped to further energize an already fairly dynamic team. That’s to say how much drive she’s capable of showing! Always in a good mood, Stephany has energy to spare. Nothing gets in her way. Which probably explains why, in 2017, she became Account Manager. She plays a huge role in the growth of DELAN.

 

She is now a PARTNER. And it is well deserved! This impressive journey is entirely due to her talent, and perhaps a little to the education she received from her parents and the positive influence of her grandparents. They were, present at the event, and were quite proud to see their Stephany reach this next level in her career.

 

As a partner, she will be responsible, among other things, of overseeing the growth and visibility of DELAN, developing various IT recruitment strategies and deepening partnerships with our clients. She will also act as a manager and mentor for our teams IT recruiter’s.

 

We are convinced that Stephany will be able to respond brilliantly to the challenge. She will be able to exercise this new role with the generous and proactive leadership that she has always demonstrated. Stephany: Welcome to the partners’ team!

 

The event, which brought together 20 participants “out of their 36”, was a total surprise to the guests. All the participants knew the date and time, nothing more. And, in order to underline the importance of buying local, everyone received a basket of Quebec products, prepared by La Boîte à Fleurs, a family business specialized in high quality local products.
