About the client



The POS Administrator will be responsible for executing update rollouts with quality and integrity.




Execute file transfers and manage related activities;

Collaborate with suppliers by tracking any new requests and defects;

Provide call center support for undocumented point of sale issues;

Ensure a transfer of technical knowledge to the company’s support team;

Write documentation for the database and make sure to update it.

Required conditions

  • 5+ years of experience as a POS Administrator
  • Knowledge of SAP (Asset)
  • Extensive experience with Point of Sales Systems (POS)
  • Knowledge of file transfer technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent Bilingual (French and English).
