The QA Manager will be responsible for QA strategy and execution across the IT lifecycle, from inception to delivery and support
Establish QA best practices and governance for an agile B2B SaaS company including selecting KPIs and measuring the team against them;
Work with the director of development, DevOps and CTO on revising overall development and release processes in order to drive test driven development, test automation, streamlined QA and ultimately a quality engineering process for our software development;
Provide technical leadership and expertise within the field of QA and testing including supporting tools;
Drive resolution of problems, changes in strategic direction, optimize operational effectiveness, effectively communicate, ensure compliance and quality, drive productivity, train and educate as needed;
Optimize and introduce new tooling as necessary to the QA function.
