The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the proper management of information system, the IT infrastructure as well as all related systems (software, telecom, cellular, security etc.) of the company.
Plan, coordinate, and direct activities related to human, financial, hardware and software of the IT department in accordance with the objectives and directions of the service;
Collaborate closely with different departments, assist them in understanding their needs and advise them in the determining infrastructure and application solutions to optimize business processes and work organization;
Ensure the continued adaptation of practices and modes of operation to provide services focused on responding to client needs and expectations;
Develop and analyze new technological tools;
Ensure data security and maintain a contingency plan;
Innovate in technology and promote the use of competitive tools and advanced technology;
Plan the upgrading of information systems software and hardware their development in order to meet the needs of users;
Meet the needs of the organization at all time to see the evolutions of the systems;
Develop procedure in accordance with the organization’s guidelines based on recognized standards in the company;
Act as project manager
Manage its IT team and follow up with them at all levels.
