The HRIS analyst will be in charge of analyzing the workforce management system (Kronos), auditing the various modules, ensuring quality assurance as well as handling business requirements. All of this while proposing solutions according to the constraints of the company as well as ensuring a quality user support
Analyze requests and needs at the process and time management system level;
Writ business/functional specifications according to the internal customers needs;
Audit of the different modules;
In charge of quality assurance (create and execute the different test strategies);
Offer solutions according to the constraints of internal customers;
Coordinate development with the programming team (ABAP);
In charge of the deployment of the application.
