Tasks/Responsibilities

The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for the client's applications

 

MORE PRECISELY

 

Work closely with development, infrastructure and business lines to manage production incidents and deliver corrective actions;

Implement monitoring alerts with market standards ELK, ITRS etc.;

Implement monitoring on the application to proactively capture problems and minimize the duration of service degradation in the event of an incident;

Communicate precisely to the department responsible for problems of production.


Required conditions

  • 2+ years of experience as a Application Support Analyst
  • Previous experience in implementing a CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins
  • General knowledge in the field of infrastructure in order to investigate performance issues with DBAs, systems administrator, network and storage teams
  • Strong knowledge on SQL
  • Capable of investigating complex Oracle stored procedures and querying data to create reports for users
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science
  • Bilingual (French and English).
