Application Support Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with the
customer support team in order to analyze and resolve any technical and
technological difficulties involving the company’s solution.
and diagnose client system problems and recommend solutions;
clients and keep them informed of their resolution status;
problems and document them, then propose to the Functional Analyst in charge corrective
and analyze existing documentation and systems to identify solutions and
