Tasks/Responsibilities


The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with the customer support team in order to analyze and resolve any technical and technological difficulties involving the company’s solution.

 

MORE PRECISELY

 

Analyze and diagnose client system problems and recommend solutions;

Assist clients and keep them informed of their resolution status;

Identify problems and document them, then propose to the Functional Analyst in charge corrective solutions;

Review and analyze existing documentation and systems to identify solutions and improvements to the infrastructure or application;

Provide development support (configuration support, problem solving and maintenance).


Required conditions

  • 5+ years of experience as a Application Support Analyst
  • Solid experience in '' troubleshooting ''
  • Development expertise and experience with monitoring, build and/or automation user tools
  • In-depth knowledge of Java, databases (Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL, XML-XSLT and SQL
  • Knowledge of WMS, TMS, OMS or MES software (asset)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingual (French and English).
