The Web Solutions Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of the company by recommending and proposing solutions for customer service.
Set goals to deploy digital solutions for customer needs;
Collaborate on digital strategic planning and ecosystems;
Set up a structured process to identify the business needs and propose solutions;
Document the business process and identify opportunities for improvement;
Follow up during testing and implementation;
Write the functional specifications and analyze them;
Participate in client’s meetings to properly target business requirements.
