Tasks/Responsibilities

The technician will be responsible for levels 2 and 3 support of the company's external customers

Ensure optimal availability of services while maintaining and improving existing and future infrastructure;

Install and configure new workstations and mobile devices;

Manage user-access;

Maintenance of computer infrastructure;

Search for new technologies;

Required conditions

  • 3+ year’s experience as a Technician Level 2 and 3
  • Knowledge of e-mail servers (Exchange)
  • In-depth knowledge of networks using TCP/IP
  • Active Directory management knowledge and GPO
  • DEC in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingual (French and English)
